Subprocessors

To support delivery of Our Services, We may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data and User Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Service. "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Lean Sensory Systems, Inc., doing business as DraughtLab.

Third Parties

We currently use third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, diagnostics, payment processing, and email and SMS notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, We performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices.

Infrastructure Subprocessors

We may use the following Subprocessors to host Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of Our Services:

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc.: Cloud Service Provider; Provides the servers, storage and other infrastructure necessary to deliver Our Services.

  • Google LLC: Cloud Service Provider; Provides infrastructure that helps deliver Our Services, delivers push notifications to Our mobile applications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), provides bot protection for Our forms (reCAPTCHA), serves web fonts (Google Fonts), and provides website analytics (Google Analytics).

  • Apple Inc.: Cloud Service Provider; Delivers push notifications to Our iOS mobile applications (Apple Push Notification service).

  • Twilio Inc.: Cloud Service Provider; Delivers SMS messages and phone-verification codes to users of Our Services.

  • Twilio SendGrid: Cloud Service Provider; Delivers email notifications to users of Our Services and validates email addresses provided to Us.

  • Stripe, Inc.: Cloud Service Provider; Provides the infrastructure necessary to deliver Our Services. Provides billing services for Our Services.

  • Have I Been Pwned: API Service Provider; Provides services to assist in the security of Our Services.

Diagnostic Subprocessors

We may use the following Subprocessors to collect error information or provide other diagnostic information that helps Us maintain Our Services:

  • Google LLC: Performance and Analytics Tracking; Monitors the performance of Our web tools and mobile application. Logs information on crashes, errors, and usage.

  • Raygun Limited: Performance and Analytics Tracking; Monitors the performance of Our web tools and mobile application. Logs information on crashes, errors, and usage.
